Continental chocolatier is dedicated to providing the finest European quality confections on the planet. Originally based in Newport Beach, California, our simple but elegant Sea-Theme products have been featured in some of the finest hotels and department stores across the nation.

Since moving our operation to Utah we have added The Desert Tortoise (a chocolate turtle) to our repertoire. Also known as "Chocolatus Deliciousus". It is an exquisite blend of lightly salted, oven-roasted nuts with just the right amount of the most heavenly creamy caramel covered in a decadent Belgian or French chocolate.

I am blessed with a unique family that has been a great inspiration in developing this company. They are all extremely gifted in design and the elements that create a successful business. My dear husband Carl, my daughters Karin and Tiffany, and my daughter-in-law Elizabeth are my best cheerleaders and I thank them for their loyal support and inspiration.

I dedicate the success of this business to my precious son Tim, who passed away in November of 2009. He was an extremely gifted graphic designer that created our company image and continually supported my efforts in developing this company. Not only was he an exceptionally talented designer but also a loving son, husband, father of 8, and brother. He was a lover of life and has left a great legacy for each of us. Without his input and direction this company would never have come to fruition.
